Ottawa:
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins C

Edmonton:
Bobby Ryan RW
(Ottawa retains 350,000 per/yr)

Big no from Edmonton. They don't need to get older and slower. Plus ain't nuge better than ryan?

2.) 08 Jan 2018 05:00:58
Pretty wicked troll job.

3.) 08 Jan 2018 05:10:24
Maybe Hoffman would be a deal?

4.) 08 Jan 2018 05:37:59
Nuge for Hoffman I’d do yup.

5.) 08 Jan 2018 05:47:11
I would lol. Ottawa won't give up hoffman for nuge. Hoffman is the better player anyways and if they did that, nuge would be their 3rd or 4th line center, (Duchene, Brassard, Pageau, Nuge)

6.) 08 Jan 2018 06:53:39
Crazy I'm a fan of both teams. I can say this full heartedly Nuge is far beyond than Hoffman. Nuge would be Ottawa's 1st/ 2nd. Brassard would bump down to the 3rd line. Nuge 200ft game is really really good. Hoffman plays well in spurts and really just has a lethal shot when he can actually aim at the net.

7.) 08 Jan 2018 13:23:36
Hell no from edmonton. ryans contract is awful.

Nuge for Hoff could work 4sure tho.

8.) 08 Jan 2018 14:53:56
for this Nuge for hoff thing, I think value is there, but Hoff is our only top-6 LW and Center is our strength right now, so not much need for another top-6 LHC.

9.) 08 Jan 2018 22:55:34
Nuge definitely would not be 3rd or fourth line in ottawa most likely 2nd line.

But Hoffman is still worth more than nuge as he's far more consistent averaging between 60 and 70 points a year as does Ryan.

Ryan coming off a health issue affected worst year of his career where he bounced back in playoffs and is currently on pace to a 0.75 point per game average this year.

Considering this is arguably the best year of nuges career so far only because every other teams focus is on shutting down mcdavid leaving him wide open, i'd say Ryan is definitely worth nuge straight up.

Until this year the nuge contract was considered just as bad as the Ryan contract was last year. plus with mcdavid as his center theirs no doubts that Ryan could surpass his Anaheim totals in edmonton thus earning that contract. while nuge could go either way in ottawa.

In terms of trade value and skill

Ryan = nuge
Hoffman > nuge

Consistency matters!

10.) 09 Jan 2018 14:59:50
Edmonton says no to the ryan trade for sure, i agree with hoff i think hoffman for RNH is close to fair value but ottawa doesn't really have a need for another centerman at the cost of a top 6 winger.

Toronto:
Colin Miller D

Vegas:
Josh Leivo LW
Martin Marincin D
2018 1st

Toronto:
Jesse Puljujarvi RW
2nd 2019

Edmonton:
James van Riemsdyk LW

LesHabitants

1.) 27 Dec 2017 17:12:55
Miller is not worth that. Also why would they want another dman who isn't quite good enough to be a reg in the nhl. Vegas has a number of those.

2.) 27 Dec 2017 17:39:03
Pulijaarvi is not getting traded
And Toronto don’t really need offensive D-man like Miller
Ant why would Vegas accept that.

3.) 27 Dec 2017 19:27:52
Too much for Miller and too much for JVR.

4.) 28 Dec 2017 01:14:10
Jvr on pace for close to 40 goals. I guess those guys are a dime a dozen. Lol.

5.) 28 Dec 2017 02:20:18
Lol wow. That oilers trade. Yikes. Also really stupid for Toronto in the Vegas trade that’s way too much.

6.) 28 Dec 2017 05:20:05
Yikes is right. Delusional to think
The Oilers would even consider puljujarvi for a rental winger AND be the ones adding in a 2nd. Wtf.
They would give their 1st or a 2nd for a rental. Cause that's what rentals get. Not Puljujarvi and a 2nd. Yikes.

7.) 28 Dec 2017 16:23:36
Bad for leafs with vegas, I like the idea of miller but would have to be less than that going the other way.

Bad for oilers with leafs. They believe Puljujärvi will be a dangerous scoring winger soon. Not adding to him for 3 months of JVR. Oilers have more issues than just adding a single scoring winger. Can’t trade a prospect like him unless it’s for that one single piece that gives you a legit chance to win it all. JVR is not that for them.

Tampa Bay:
J. VanReimsdyk LW
T. Bozak C
R. Polak D
C. Carrick D
2nd 2018

Toronto:
S. Koekkoek D
C. Foote D

LesHabitants

1.) 16 Nov 2017 16:24:45
Lol no.

2.) 16 Nov 2017 16:45:45

Edmonton:
Alex Galchenyuk LW
Artturi Lehkonen LW

Montreal:
Ryan Nugent-Hopkins C
Ryan Strome C

LesHabitants

1.) 27 Oct 2017 13:52:10
Lol. Easy no from Edm.

2.) 27 Oct 2017 14:56:24
Lol easy no from mtl.

3.) 27 Oct 2017 17:40:57
no from mtl.

4.) 28 Oct 2017 05:16:25
Montreal would take that and run!

5.) 28 Oct 2017 08:50:31
Montreal would make that trade to simply trade Galchenyuk, to just make a somewhat blockbuster trade because they need it and because they get better IMO.

6.) 29 Oct 2017 10:21:35
Mtl wouldn't make this trade because Chuck is worth way more then RNH and because Lekonen is more promising and already better then Strome. Imo mtl gets wrecked on this none.

Toronto:
J. Iginla RW

Colorado:

F. Corrado D

Toronto:
S. Doan RW

Arizona:
2nd 2019

LesHabitants

1.) 13 Jan 2017 23:57:59
Although Toronto has been impressive, they aren't cup contenders yet.
These guys need to go to Chicago., Washington., Pittsburgh at this stage in there career.

2.) 14 Jan 2017 00:19:14
NO

WE don't NEED OLD PLAYERS.

3.) 14 Jan 2017 00:32:35
Why would Toronto want thoes two imo there going to be bottom 3

4.) 14 Jan 2017 03:40:49
It's hard to magine the Leafs being bottom three when they're right around a playoff spot half way through the season. Like, do you expect some epic run of losing?

That said, I agree they don't have any use for Iggy or Doan.

5.) 14 Jan 2017 09:20:58
Shanky, me thinks he meant the players would end up on the 4th line.

6.) 14 Jan 2017 18:28:26
oops, that makes a little more sense.

7.) 15 Jan 2017 02:30:33
No I meant there going to hopfully win 10 of the next 40

12 Aug 2016 21:31:00
Oilers:

J. van Riemsdyk LW ( 4.2 mil x 2 yrs)
J. Gardiner D ( 4.05 mil x 3 yrs)
P. Holland C (1.3 mil x 1 yr)
F. Corrado D ( .600 mil x 1 yr )

Leafs:

L. Draisaitl C ( 1 mil x 2 yrs)
A. Ference D (3.25 mil x 1 yr)
D. Nurse D (1 mil x 1 yr)
N. Yakupov RW ( 2.5 mil x 2 yrs)

LesHabitants

1.) 12 Aug 2016 22:57:01
What a bad trade for the Oilers. Draisaitl and Nurse alone is worth more than what is being offered by the Leafs.

2.) 12 Aug 2016 23:03:39
This has got to be one of the worst like bruh that wouldn't even get Draisaitl.

3.) 12 Aug 2016 23:55:44
Worst proposal I've seen in a while. Please make the call and get it done.

How can we justify trading Galchenyuk for any top player in the league if we continue to play him on the 4th line and continue to say he under performs. We have to trade one head ache for another teams head ache.

Canadafinest is right!

Rumors has it that Alex Galchenyuk wants to be closer to his buddy Brad who cuts the grass for Babcock. They are very close and went to pre-school together. They bumped into each other over the summer while at the park. Brad was on the swing sets having the time of his life when Alex was swinging on the monkey bars, they locked eyes and have been inseparable ever since.
They do everything together Alex is looking for housing in GTA, with a back yard and grass so Brad can play and work at the same time.

Montreal: Lupul, Cowen and Greening

Toronto: Galchenyuk, Scherbak.
