Mike 13 first and foremost. Karlson is worse at D. Shatty played against the best teams in the league and was part of shutting down Toews Kane Benn ect and scored 11 points in 20 games and 45 points in 72. He is easily the best defenseman on half the teams in the league.
He had a bad series agaisnt the sharks so effing what now all his value is gone. Get a grip. Last year Petro was thought to be average because of the year he had this year he tore the sh*t out of the league and playoffs now is considered top5 (arguably) elite.

1 I am a petro fan I think he a top 5 dman. Karlsson is awful I'm not a fan I don't think you should win a Norris cause you can put up points. Shatty is alright I think he is a 3 or 4 dman he is not a 1 or 2 maybe could be a 2 on some teams but he was in a good system with good partners. I'm not saying he isn't decent just wouldn't give up a top 10 pick 4 him. Look at the trade no team needs it. Jvr has more value then Shatty.
But leafs don't need rnh
Oilers need a better all around dman if they want to start competing
Blues have lw they don't really need jvr.
Stop over valuating Shatty he isn't a top 20 dman so can't get a 4th overall or a star player.
