AS "TheGR81" said, Habs are Carey Price away from being contenders.. however, he can't score the goals. His injury has really shown the weakness of this team. I agree with Habz4ever that changes need tk be made.. but not that drastic... I'd rather have Patch than Eberle. And I would never wanna see Subban in a different uniform.. I'd like to see a package for Duchesne.. unfortunately I jus don't think the Habs have the assets or the players to get this guy.. I think the core of Patch,Gallagher Subban and of course Price should remain intact.. so that would only leave Galchenyuk as the only piece that Habs have to offer anyone, all others would be part of a package.I'd hate to see him go, cause he has lots of potential. But change is needed.

Yeah I can't disagree with you. My point was dismantling the team seems a bit extreme.
Ideally if they could move Desharnais, Markov and maybe Eller you put yourself in a position to sign a FA in the offseason.

I'd say Patch is the best player of the bunch.. however the overall package from Winnipeg is better.. but.. no from both teams. I'd like to see Perreault on Habs. But I don't see a package that would be fair that Jets would want..
