My recent trades have been bashed so if this one doesn't make sense then I don't know what does because it's been rumoured.

The Flyers do need more scoring; perhaps putting him on a line with Sean Couturier and Wayne Simmonds. But I'm not sold on Nail Yakupov being the solution.

Oilers get: Gudas, 1st round pick, Cousins and Sanheim. Might have to add another pick
Flyers get: Hall and Yakupov
Flyers fix their left wing problem and get Yakupov who might live up to his potential one day.
Oilers get a top 4 (in my opinion) right handed defenseman, good defenseman prospect and a top 9 forward.

Disgusting trade. he's a top 4 on Phille, top 6 on a good team. Sanheim is a good LEFT HANDED d-man prospect, Cousins is looking like a top 9 and a mid first rounder. This is possibly the worst Hall package I've ever seen, and oh look! You added Yakupov.

Read earlier this morning that Yakupov's value could be as low as a third round pick. The man who wrote the article said "his value has gone down the toilet". My guess is he should go for around a second round pick but wouldn't shock me if someone pulls the trigger and offers more given the fact that he was drafted 1st overall.

Not trying to be mean but the Flyers trade is bad. Hecall values both players a lot and the value for Edmonton doesn't come close to matching up. Everything else is pretty good. I doubt Edmonton would sign all those guys but it could happen
