Awful for flyers. A top centre at 29 years old, a good two way young centre, and 19 or 20 year old dman who projects to be a top pairng guy and you're sending back a good forward who hasn't established himself as more than average top 6 in galchenyuk, a 4-6 dman in beaulieu, 2 cap dumps and 3 seconds from a playoff team (so 46th-61st overalls)? 29 teams in the league would blow that offer out of the water whether they need the pieces or not. Value wise, not number of pieces, that would barely get you provorov. They're extremely high on him being their top dman for the next decade +.

No bro that's complete garbage. Philly is losing their franchise center basically, great young shutdown guy and their top young defenseman? For an underachiever, a top 4, a guy who hits but can't skate, some prospects who may never make the NHL and a guy trending towards not being good enough for the NHL. Yeah totally not trash at all.
