Cgy trades Dan Vladar to Philly for Morgan Frost. Both have the same cap value and Frost fits into the age slot that Conroy is looking for,

No chance at all that Calgary retains that much for that long or that Winnipeg considers a 34YO as the main part of a McGroarty deal.
We should probably just hold off on McGroarty deals until at least the TDL. Chevy has no reason to entertain bad deals at this point.

I think it is time for Calgary to bench Pospisil or trade him. He has been the one to take bad penalties causing Calgary to lose in the final minutes of the game. The latest ere the the games against the Jets and Oilers, as an example.

He plays with so much heart tho he is a really solid player I’d take him on the leafs.

The biggest problem is, that he can be reckless on the ice causing some bad situations.
