NJD: Pk subban with 40% retained to devils
Flames just switch lucic contract with subban and then have money from Brodie’s and hamonics contract to get Taylor hall.
Lucic has also been the better player this year and could provide leadership and protection to the devils.

Yikes idk if NJD would do it. Maybe a bit too much retention and a little too less of a package from Calgary. I’d say Subban (25%) for Lucic, 2nd, B+ prospect. Lucic probably wouldn’t waive either because he’d be even further from his family in LA.

Flames would get a defender without having to pay more money and could use the money from hamonic and Brodie’s contract to get Taylor Hall.
Devils would get someone to mentor and protect their young players.
