Jets get a top 6F on a decent long term contract to solidify their top 6. Toronto eliminates a salary they can't afford and add a young top 6F that's going to be a RFA at year end. Should be a cheaper option compared to Nylander.

Nylanders cap hit makes it hard to move him and the Jets wouldn't need a $7 mil second line forward. He's the Leafs headache for now.
