i think the leafs should try to trae away rfa's james riemer and peter holland and try to get young and dwelling prospects.
personally I would let mason raymond go, though he provided good production for a small contract, I think he is a soft player that would ask for more money. I think the leafs should build there team to be tougher and get back to their game displayed in the 2012-2013 season.
i also think jay mcClement is over rated as a penalty killer. the leafs finished 28th on the pk this season and I think it is time to make a change.
thoughts?
1.) Your centers are going to cost over 20 million alone. Thornton would be getting paid almost 7 mil to play on the third line.
2.) You are way over the cap.
