Want to hear what you think the Panthers NEED to do to make the playoffs and what you think WILL happen this offseason?
1. I really hope thy just draft ekblad, if not then I think they should trade the 1st overall and an offencive prospect Grimaldi possibly? to Edmonton for the 3rd overall and a Dman Shultz possibly? that way they can draft Bennet or Rienhart and get there young Dman all before free agency.
2. Re-sign Kulikov, don't let this talented kid go for nothing, it WILL come back to haunt the Panthers if they lose him, Don't let it happen. Also buy out Jovanaski, he is a cancer to the team and is very injury prone.
3. Spend in free agency, Panthers will have an estimate of $30 million to spend. sign all or some of these players.
Dany Heatly, he needs a change of senary badly and this way he will be a top 2 lines for sure in FLA
Milan Michaleak, rumor is that his time in Ottawa is done, like Heatly he will be top 2 line sniper
Dave Boland, Tallon has connections with Boland and there is rumors that Tallon will bring him back to FLA
Matt Molson, he is a great sniper and Tallon said he wants to add at least 3 snipers to his roster
Dan Boyle, Bring back Dan Boyle to the team that signed him and gave him a chance in the NHL to mold the young guys like Olsen, Gudbranson and Kulikov (Cuz JOVO could not handle that task)
Matt Niskinan, Panthers need a Dman that can produce on the PP, they were horrible on the PP last year and need to change that moving forward.
David Booth, there is rumor that the Canuks are going to buy him out, if so then FLA should take a chance on him and let him earn his way back to the scorer he once was, he was saddened when he was traded, maybe going back to FLA will spark his career again.

1.) You can forget about the Oilers trade.
2.) Why would all the good FAs (Moulson, Niskanen, Boyle) go to a team that has zero chance of competing for the playoffs/cup?
3.) I think they will just draft ekblad. Every year the first pick is "available but it rarely (if ever) gets dealt. I think that all the signings except maybe Moulson and Bolland are likely. Pretty good though.

1. Draft Ekblad, keep the pick do not trade it
2. Sign Moulson, Heatly, Niskinen and Gaborik (even though he will prolly stay in L. A. after this post season), in that case sign Setagochi
3. RE-SIGN KULIKOV!

1.) Yea right u guys won't sign all thsoe players lol maybe 1 or 2 at most but prob not since florida doesn't every spend max cap I doubt ull land moulson or gab as they both well get a ton on the open market I can see you maybe getting setagochi and maybe heatly or niskinen (hes going to take a lot to sign a lot more then he should get for one good year)
2.) Floridas new ownership said they are spending to the cap celing and Dale Tallon has the green light in free agentcy
