Montreal: Kadri instantly becomes there top center and provides 30+ goals.

Toronto: Takes a chance on chuck that could really payoff they can either put him or Nylander as the 2nd C.

I don't think the leafs should trade Kadri either. I thought they should've traded him a couple years back but he's really become a good 2 way center. The leafs lack physical play and he's one of their best when he doesn't cross the line. He got 30 goals once Nylander, so saying 30+ is a stretch. If Kadri were to get traded, defense is the priority.

I feel as if Galchenyuk's ceiling is higher than Kadri's. Plus Galchenyuk does already provide 30+ goals on a healthy year. Habs do not accept this one.

Honestly, trading Kadri now would be a good idea. Scored 30 goals and his value is as high as it's going to get. Trading Kadri wouldn't be a huge loss since you have Marner, Matthews, Nylander, Bozak that can play center. Trade Kadri and get a good defenceman for him.
