Saw a rumour of Montreal "going big" and offering Juulsen and Beaulieu for Yakupov.

I don't see that happening, but thoughts?

I guess they are looking at the Galchenyuk - Yakupov connection from their junior years but this deal reaks of desperation from Canadiens camp. Personally, I wouldn't touch Yakupov with a 10 foot pole!

As a habs fan, it would be fun to see if their speed could bring out Yak - but I think they would have too many small guys. I'd like to see what the lines would be as he would have to be on the 2nd or 3rd line. Would this have to put Sergachecv up into the pairing?
