This will never happen as TBL and MTL are in the same division but just for the fun of it.

TBL has only 23 million in cap space next year with 7 roster spots to fill. Stamkos will take around 12 million to resign and Kucherov will be asking for around 6 million and killorn will be wanting around 3-4 million. The next year after that TBL will have to resign Palat, Drouin, Johnson, Hedman & Bishop. So why not shed 12 million and get a great return and not have to trade your young key players.

MTL: Stamkos
TBL: Plekanec + Beaulieu + DLR + 1st 2016 + 1st 2017 + 2nd 2016

Is that a fair deal?

TBL shed at least 6 million in cap next season.

Then MTL gets rid of DD.

Patches Stamkos Semin
Hudon Galchenyuk Gallagher
Kassian Eller Weise
Thomas Mitchell DSP

Markov Subban
Emelin Petry
Gilbert Patreyn

Hate to break it to you but Kucherov won't get 6 on a bridge deal.

I'd way rather have Stamkos then that. If he were to be traded, which he won't, it would be Patches, Gallagher, Beaulieu & a 1st or 2

Yeah. no, I don't think so.
TB would receive 20+ better offers than this bs.
Try starting with Pacioretty, Galchenyuk, Scherbak and some 1sts. That might make Yzerman pick up the phone to tell you you're still miles off.

montreal won't trade patchs if they trade for stammer

gal, gal, 1st, 1st.

or

gal, gal, 1st, sherbak

both seem fair to me.
