toronto: tyler bozak
arizona: christian Dvorak

Even though arizona got stroke and vermette, bozak could be a good 3rd line centre for them and he has a decent contract. Dvorak is Marner's close friend and teammate and they have a lot of chemistry because they play on the same line in London. Plus Mark Hunter is very familiar with Christian and the leafs would then have a lot of London Knights connections as they start their rebuild.

Dvorak also has great chemistry with teammate Max Domi. One of Arizona's best prospects.

Bozak is still overpaid and won't bring much back. He's a 3rd line center paid like a second line center. Dvorak is part of a good crop of young forwards in Arizona. Don't see them making this deal

in what world is bozak a 3rd line center? 50 points, wins draws, plays pk and pp, plays a very underrated 200 ft game, having to carry kessel defensively for most of the time

anything under 5 m in todays nhl is a steal for any top 4 d or top 6 player.

I agree Ovie. I think the two most underrated guys on this site are Bozak & Plekanec. Ovie covered my opinion of Bozak. It will be interesting to see him play without Kessel because he has some good hands. Maybe he can focus on trying to score instead of feeding Phil. Plekanec as well could be a #2 center on most teams in the NHL. He is a solid 2 way center who puts up good numbers year after year.
