I hear a bunch of crap about the leafs everyday and I wanted to take a crack at blowing them up as well. seems fun

First toronto and nashville strike a deal
Tor sends over kessel and bozak and a conditional 2016 3rd (forsberg scores 70 pts in 2016 becomes a 2nd)

Nash sends forsberg, jones and stalberg as a cap dump (nashville will have 5.732 in cap space)

Then toronto and tampa bay deal
Tor sends over franson, lupul and winnik (retains cap adding up to 3.75m)
Tampa sends kucherov, brewer and morrow as salary dump, the deal is basically to get kucherov and keeping tampa under the cap. Lupul joins stamkos and Callahan on the top line, franson on the second line and winnik on the 3rd. kucherov becomes the 1st line rw, morrow 4th line and brewer just evens out the salary maybe 3rd d pairing.

This is where I don't know and kinda for fun, i'm going to get a bit of crap tho.
Phaneuf, reimer their first (+?)
For edm/buff first overall
Edm get a 2/3 dman, reimer is better than both fastch and scrivens and they still pick top 5

Theres all the trades

Then they sign vermette to a 4.5/5m contract
Resign panik 1.5m and santorelli to 3m

Adds up to 45.830667 with the retained salary and if you add the buried salaries of robidas and clarkson which is 4.95 the leafs cap hit is 50.781 (so small wow)

Leafs won't be very good next year but they'll have a great team in a few years. that's my proper rebuild

Tampa traded Brewer last year, no one is stupid enough to trade Mcdavid for a Pylon, come on enough with lame Leafs trades

1. Why would Nashville trade Forsberg and Jones?
2. Brewer is on Anaheim now.

No way tampa splits up the triplets line they have been hot all year and one or the better lines in the game. No way tampa takes on Lupul and they don't need Winnik have too many forwards as is. Also brewer Isn't on tampa anymore they traded him to Anaheim a few months ago.
