The Jets would want a trade that isn't about distant futures and C prospects for Scheifele.
I'm not sure that the Bruins would trade a player that the Jets would want for Scheifele.

Nope Flyer, a one year downgrade of Scheifele to DeBrusk does nothing for the Jets. That's less than Scheifele gets as a pure rental at the TDL.

Scheifele won't be traded for a rental.

To be honest, I really don't see the Bruins trading first rounders for a while. The end is in sight, so they will be looking to stockpile picks, not get rid of them.
