No way NJ trades the 2nd OA for a 33 year old 2nd pairing defenseman.

If they want to spend 6.75 mil/ yr on a defenseman for the next 4 years they can do a lot better without trading away the 2nd OA.

They might get Chychrun for that!

Doubt McDonagh returns a 2nd round pick at his age with his contract. I mean Minnesota bought out Suter who was a better dman.
