1 for 1 swap. Zack Werenski is only 21 playing with Jones on the 1st pairing. Really fair imo. Idk if columbus does it considering their left side isn't as good but is this fair value?

Jets add a big piece. One 50 point season from Trouba doesn’t put him on the same level as Werenski, not to mention Trouba is like 4 years older. More so, they already have a righty in Jones, they don’t need another. Werenski and Jones is an elite top 2 d pairing, no need to split it.

Trouba is better than Werenski but the Jets may need to add due to age, but not much, if anything. I don't think CBJ would need both Jones and Trouba though.

Haha, not getting a top young defenseman for trouba. Maybe a first rounder and a decent prospect, teams aren't going to do the jets a favor by downgrading or trading a equal defensem to gain a headache.
