Babcock doesn't want Weiss or Smith, he benched Smith a lot. Wings should try for bufyglien or chara.

Although as a Wings fan, I would love this trade, but I don't think Buffalo will give up a player like Eichel, who lead the NCAA, at 2nd pick overall for a 30 year old goalie who has only won three playoff series. It would be nice, however to see Eichel and Larkin on the same line. That trade would hand Detroit a couple of cups down the road.
