Love that from a leafs POV honestly i could see Ceci being better then Zaitsev 1 year deal at 4.5 million for him.

I mean, we all said Brown was worth a 2nd/ 3rd, so Brown for a 3rd&Luchuk, Carcone for Harpur and Zaitsev for Ceci.

I can't see Ceci being much worse than Zaitsev was, and even if he was 1x4.5 for Ceci is much much better than 5x4.5 for Zaitsev.

Surprised ee didn't give any value in the trade. Good trade.

I think Ceci is a upgrade on zaitsev he has upside yes he had a rough couple years but he has upside is still young and is a ufa next year.

It’s pretty funny that 4 leafs from last years roster will be in Ottawa’s starting line up. I can’t wait to hear how good these guys are. I do like Brown and he may get a chance in a top 6 role. I loved Hainsey but not for that price. Zaitsev and Ennis I could care less about.
