Win trouba

Tor gets a young right shot dman that would fit right in with what they are doing

Win gets a left shot dman they need that can run a powerplay good first pass great skater fills a need. Win is deep in prospects but could use wingers or good d prospect both players listed are still developing not nhl ready so they develop with the Jets style. The pick is cause I'm a big fan of trouba so you have to put a good offer forward.

Winnipeg don't really need more prospects and picks since they're stacked in all positions across the board. Sure Kapanen and Dermott are decent prospects but don't think Winnipeg would move Trouba for a couple prospects/ picks and Gardiner. If you were Winnipeg would you downgrade from Trouba to Gardiner for some prospects and picks you don't really need?

Depends on the money he wants and win could use winger pr d prospects that are a few years away they don't have much depth there.

I actually don't mind this one from a Jets perspective. Gardner is decent enough and left side dman. Getting more prospects can't hurt. If jets do this it would solve their most pressing need. I would then turn my attention to acquiring a top 2 centre. prospects would mostly likely be a part of that package and this trade helps that cause.

Why not try to improve on little? If you do and the trade doesn't include little, why can't he be 3rd line?

How does this look for the future?

Laine/ Scheifle/ Wheeler
Conner/ upgrade/ ehlers
Lemieux/ Little/ Armia
Petan/ Lowry/ Lipon

You could switch Petan and Lemieux but this looks pretty solid to me. If you keep little in the 2nd line I'm good too but it's worth looking at it. Maybe Rosolovich is the answer.

I know jets have a great pool of prospects but that line up is suggesting they all pan out, when does that happen? Some of those guys won't be regular NHLers. Just reality. Leafs have a great pool now too, but people are assuming that nylander, Matthews, marner, brown, kapanen Dermott, carrick etc are all the core in a cpl years. Not likely. A cpl will probably be great.
