- Kuznetsov’s production has fallen off a cliff to the point where his picture should be on a milk carton, and he’s on the books for one more year.

I rather have holloway then a 3rd, and allen is a low value. I understand the kuznetsov one is more tricky, but what do you expect for monahan? and how do you value kovacevic? Just curious if there a pts of arguing or a waste of my time.

Hey BFG:

- Kovacevic is a real “under the radar, sneaky value of a D.

- He’s a +7 on a lousy team, on pace for 12 G, and at 6-5 / 223 has great size.

- if you consider he’s a year away from his statistical prime, and has another year at 767K/ season, I’m not sure the Habs could consider trading him just yet.

TD: I think it’s a fair trade value-wise, even though I’m not a fan of Broberg.

MTL has lots of prospects coming up that will need contracts, so likely they’ll be focusing on quality over quantity to ensure they can get the right guys under contract.

- MTL has had their D taking turns being scratched or going to the farm. They’re just trying to figure out who the keepers will be.

- Lots of depth coming on RD too, such as Reinbacher & Mailloux.
