Habs get the right wing they need and the lhd even if this short terms because they going to get ufa next year. Cgy free up 6M in salary cap move up in the draft get an affordable 15-20 goal scorer and get a good pick In 2020

I'm not a big Frolik fan so no imo from MTL. Brodie I like but at a way lower cost. If Trouba got 20 overall and roster player then Brodie gets 2 second Rd pick and roster player.

Trouba was an rfa and requested a trade so Winnipeg didn't have much leverage

I think it's a good trade. Also it's not a first, just moving up 11 spots.
