@brock, #1 Canucks have to want him at his asking price. Unless he’s going to play for league minimum, I can’t believe a player can tell an organization he’s playing for them lol

‘For whatever reason’ could be like I said, not every team wants him. He’s a good player but he’s also a royal pain in the ass off the ice that teams don’t always wanna deal with. They would have to have heir own PR and legal department to deal with his bs. He can get into trouble in every city he goes too, I bet it’s even easier at home where he knows more people and has more connections.

Unbiasedjim I'm just curious how a player like homonic value can possibly go down?

this is his first season with a brand new team so naturally it's going take time to fit in.

On top of that he's going from the east to much more physical western style of hockey so again takes getting used to.

A half season also doesn't change a players value anyway.

Not saying I like this particular trade but the value is almost there. Might need a better prospect than shinkaruk who it seems is a bust thus far.
