Sosa, I know the faithful fans from Habsville WANT more, but the reality is he's basically an extended rental. A top center prospect, and high pick is a pretty decent return for a rental. Only way he gets a better return is if he prompts a bidding war between Divisional rivals to squeeze out another pick to keep him away from the divisional rival.

Yup before calling anyone clueless you might want to google up 2017 trade deadline deals and get some real facts. '17 was a sad year for the trade deadline. ' 16 wasn't so interesting either.
If you google both, it looks like GM's are getting stingier with what their willing to part with for rentals.
I think the trend will probably continue.
