For needs a RHD and Manson is very promising. Just the type of defensemen that's going to fit real good in Toronto.

The moment you realize josh manson is 26 and not 21 you're going to realize that he's not getting that much better and right now he is not a top pairing D you trade marner for.

I don’t see an elite top pairing dman 🤔 we need Marner an Elite RW then a bottom pairing plug.

Agree with Big Z that he’s not a top pairing D and you don’t trade a talent like marner with his potential for less than that. However Nylander is pretty far off calling Manson a bottom pair plug too lol that’s a shot that’s low and wrong about him. He’s a good player. Second pair RHD with a bit of grit and can skate. Polak is a bottom pair plug. Manson’s a good, not great player.

Leafs could get Manson without giving up Marner but he is the type of defenseman the leafs should be looking for.
