Caps trade Orlov to Las Vegas for one of their picks

WHY: McPhee is the one who drafted Orlov IN THE 2ND ROUND for god sakes and so he must actually think Orlov is good. Only problem is he isn't so Caps get rid of a crappy d-man and can pick one up with one of Las Vegas's picks. Caps also then make Las Vegas take Orlov from their team, so they kan keep the rest of their great players.

Don't think a trade cancels outs Vegas taking a player only if Vegas signs a free agent from Washington.
