Canes aren't giving up their first rounder. They know they're not contenders. Pens are probably making the playoffs, but there pick is lottery protected anyways.

There is so much wrong with this.

1, I'm not trading an established 25 year old 30 goal scorer for some young entitled punk who thinks he's the next great one, let alone adding for him.

2, The Canes are not trading there 1st pick, they will be a bottom 10 team and Komarov and Polak are no where near enough incentive to pass up on a future stud. Brutal.

3, Ducks are not trading for a $4 million dollar back up behind Gibson. They would just keep Andersen who is miles better than him anyway.

4, Toronto only receives Pittsburgh's 1st pick if they make the playoffs, and judging by you having Toronto using the 12th pick (as Pittsburghs) shows you have no idea how that trade worked.

5, That 14th overall pick I have to assume belongs to Dallas. Let that sink in. 14th pick for Dallas?! That would mean they missed the playoffs. Are you completely deluded or severely deluded? Rhetorical question.

Please think before you post. You are not helping the stereotypes about leafs fans. From all of us sane Leafs fans, either think out your posts much, much more, or don't post.

Then they would have 7 outstanding forwards with only Morgan Reilly on defense and no goalie with a bunch of centres so think before you post something.

Last year Leafs drafted smaller skilled players. Eventually going to need some size. I'd rather have Tkachuk over Nylander.
