That Bozak trade is awful for Toronto. Really really bad. Bozie could fetch a 14-18th pick. Kassian sucks.

^ 14-18 is a stretch in my opinion. Maybe more like 25-28. But either way, Bozak is significantly better than kassian.

How much better is Vermette than Bozak? Like really? If Vermette can get a 1st rounder++ I would think Bozak could garner a similar return. Think before you speak.

Bozak has hardly any trade value, Vermette was a rental at the dedline, Bozak has a high value contract with term which hurts his value. 4.2 million for a 3rd line center isn't that cheep. Bozak doesn't warrant a 1st round pick mainly because of his contract.

Vermette is making 500k less and like you said is a rental. There's not even a guarantee he stays In Chicago. He will sign a new deal worth 5M+. You think a 5M dollar Vermette is worth more than a 4.25M Bozak? You're nuts. Bozak is a 2nd line centre and if you watched him play at all you would know that. Bozak has better numbers than Vermette and is cheaper and locked up for 3 more years at a reasonable contract. You are full of contradictions and I'm starting to question the idea that you even watch hockey. Remember to put your helmet on next time you go outside.
