I think the 1st overall pick is going to be amazing. However, you can fill 2 or 3holes with that pick.
Oilers need a goalie, 1+ 2 dman, 2nd line centreman, and a big top 6 winger. Those are 5 players.
I k ow this is crazy, but trading hall and 1st overall pick will fill these holes very well and make the team competitive.

You wouldn't trade seguin olesiak and a pick for Crosby? I know you can't compare mcdavid to Crosby. But from what I hear mcdavid could be the next Crosby
