There have been whispers out of the island that Taveres wants out and now. New York doesn't want to trade him but they won't have a choice. Taveres is a special player a player to build around moving into a new building he is the building block. New York has done well this year but he seems to be lost out there a forgotten star if you will. He wants to go home and lead his team to the cup-his childhood dream. What will the Leafs have to give up to make this happen. The Leafs are all-in on this one

Can you provide a link where it says Tavares wants out now? Otherwise I don't see him wanting to leave the Isles are having a great season and are higher than the leafs right now

Tavares leaving? Where did you here this? Let me guess those guys from Toronto, Isles having best year while he's not to his full potential and once he gets going the team will be unbelievable. Why would he want to leave a winning club and go to some team that is terrible (Maple Leafs)
