Just as an example. If they could get Shatty signed to a reasonable eextension to play next to Morgan reily, then yes they would spend a 1st. i Just used Shatty as an example. There are several scenarios where they could spend a first.

Vb he almost scored two first last year, I just used him as example. Toronto is 4 pts out of a playoff spot. If they could secure shatTy with extension then it wouldn't be an early pick.
