Leafs fans will rip this trade apart. Heads up bud!
Also Leafs are building for future, 1st is nice but I assume no interest in Vanek. Leafs would would want prospects and young players instead of Vanek.

I am a leafs fan haha. My thinking is that they could probably flip Vanek for a couple of picks. I was thinking that the wild could add a mid level prospect too, not sure who they would add though.

I don't understand the first round pick. Vanek is a little bit better than JVR but JVR is younger than Vanek so a think a trade Vanek for JVR alone is pretty equal

JVR is a lot better than vanek at every aspect of the game.
