Was wondering about this.

Las Vegas Knights Trade:
*the right to not select Matt Murray in the upcoming expansion draft*

Pittsburgh Penguins Trade:
Derrick Pouliot
Jean-Sebastian Dea
2017 2nd Round Pick

This would be if Pittsburgh could not find a suitor for MAF, and if MAF did not want to waive his NMC. Is it enough, or would it take more pieces? Just a random thought, go ez on me, haha.

This trade is not legal. In the possibility of trades the closest thing to this is a future consideration. But their isn't a clause that say you can trade players or picks for a specific favor. Its basically bribing
The NHL wouldn't allow it

It would have to be at least a first from Pitt. Even then I still wouldn't do it if i were Vegas

There will be deals allowed, some that will definitely favour LV. But if Murray isn't protected, there isn't much they could offer that would make LV change their mind.
