Oilers can eat $0.5 m from yaks $2.5 contract. Coyotes don't want to pay Reider over $2.2. Reider plays with his fellow countryman drai.

It's A decent idea, if Nail Yakupov doesn't fit with the squad after the camp ends, I could see a trade imminent. The concept of Reider being traded back to Edmonton is kinda funny, since Tambellini traded him for an AHL grinder who was released off of Edmonton way back when. Anyways Reider does have like 10 more points than Yakupov, but with a -21 plus/ minus and his one dimensional ability, it's not like he's any better defensively.
