Thanks for the responses so far! And totally I know some will never happen it is just fun doing value trades as close as I can :)

So this time I will try a more realistic one
(well as realistic as I can see it haha)

New York Islanders

Ryan Strome

Minnesota Wild

Jonas Brodin

Then trade

Travis Hamonic to Minnesota

For Erik Haula and 2nd round pick

Seems like alright ideas.

To be honest if anything send me good conversation about potential replacements in the trades I post. I love the funny comments but am genuinely curious what people think of what to replace with what. It's a blast :)

Thanks guys!

I think the Jonas Brodin trade for Ryan Strome trade is pretty close but Minnesota does think highly of Brodin even with a surplus of young D. Strome so far has numbers in the Ryan Spooner ball park and still has great potential but has been really inconsistent with the Islanders and has played the least amount of games of all the top 10 picks from that 2011 draft. The Hamonic trade is very one sided in Minnesota's favor. Travis Hamonic is a valuable player and is worth more than a second round and a 3rd liner who's riding a hot streak.

Awesome thanks for the feedback

To be honest I just tried to see what Brodin value would be in a trade, since I saw him mentioned and Eve offered for Johansen. Totally not comparing Strome to Johansen. Then figured it would be fun to. see what they could get for Hamonic to round it all back
Kind of lose a defensman but replace him?

Good point on Haula and thanks again!
