This is a strange proposal.
Would love to see Richards back with the Flyers (if he finds his game)
But why would WSH take a chance on signing Richards, training him,
then trade him to a budding rival for a bottom 6 centre and winger, both of whom have expiring contracts at the end of this season.
Not to mention, the late picks WSH would receive for a prospect and 3rd.
