I think EDM could really be interested in moving down in the 7 to 11 range.
I saw a few Mock Drafts that had EDM drafting Haydn Fleury at #3, which is probably too early, since they most likely can get Fleury in that 7-11 range.
Since Fleury is more of an offensive-minded dmen from what I've read, I see EDM trading their pick, if they get the teams own first rd pick back ( between 7-11) and the other team adds a good defensive defensemen and maybe another pick.

Just as an example for what I'm talking about:

1.

TOR gets: 3rd overall
EDM gets: 8th overall, D Carl Gunnarsson, 2015 2nd

TOR can get their center they need (Reinhart, Bennett, Draisaitl)

2.

WPG gets: 3rd overall
EDM gets: 9th overall, D Mark Stuart, 2015 2nd, 2014 5th OR 9th overall, W Evander Kane and the Oilers add W Nail Yakupov

3.

ANA gets: 3rd overall
EDM gets: 10th overall, D Luca Sbisa and 2015 2nd OR D Sami Vatanen, 2014 4th

ANA then can select one of the 2 NHL ready centers, Draisaitl or Reinhart, so there isn't a need to trade for Spezza/Kesler anymore. Although ANA might rather have an experienced guy there, an elite prospect does never hurt.

4th scenario is probably the best fit, since Nashville's D is so deep

NAS gets: 3rd overall
EDM gets: 11th overall, D Ryan Ellis, 2015 6th

NAS can draft the game-breaking offensive weapon they desperately need (either Draisaitl, Bennett, Reinhart or whomever they like)

Just thought that would be a good idea for the Oilers. They could also just go ahead and select Draisaitl, the big-bodied 2nd line center they need.

@SFLeafsFan67: you are prolly correct, I didn't check. Either make it the 2016 2nd or as jayman said a 3rd + a prospect

@Beleaf: As I said, I think an DEFENSIVE dmen has to go back, Franson is more offensive minded. So I think it'd rather be Gunnarsson.

@NotALeafsFan: Both are big needs. I just felt in this way they get 2 defensemen, while otherwise they only get 1 center.

WPG gets: 3rd overall
EDM gets: 9th overall, 2014 4th round, & D Grant Clitsome or D Paul Postma

Stuart just signed a 4 year deal. Maurice loves him. The Jets won’t move him. Either Clitsome or Postma easily make the Oilers’ top 6. Kane & 9th for Yakupov & 3rd is too risky for Winnipeg.
