Well you’d have to add Tkachuk to get Carlo and get rid of Lucic.
Carlo is 23/ 24 top 4 dman on a top defensive team, leads team in pk, right hand shot.
You must not watch much hockey outside of Calgary to even suggest this trade.

So Buffalo gives up Reinhardt for a bottom pair dman, at best on a good team, and a UFA to be that hasn’t scored yet this year, and a first.
Maybe Buffalo should trade a 2nd (closer to Mtl first) Staal and Montour to Mtl for Gallagher.

So why would Buffalo trade Eichel for KK and basically a 1st as lower picks perdentage of players don’t make it.
Both other forwards can walk for nothing at end of year.
Your obviously a Mtl fan, but at least bring an offer that’s not laughable.
And you can’t retain salary for only part of the contract!
