Intereting…. Okay Sure, but we want one of either Riley Stillman, Nic Beaudin, Nolan Allan, Louis Crevier or Alex Vlasic and I think CHI needs Tyler Pitlick too.

Does this make Johnny Gaudreau expendable too and if so, do you trade him before the TDL and what does he bring back? Still need a better 2C and true RW, since DeBrincat is a LW….

Debrincat is good but that's too much for him. Besides he's a smallish LW, about the last thing the Flames need another one of.

@moxnix true but he’s very offensively gifted, the flames have proved time and time again that they need a Top 6 scoring talent. How many games are they going to generate 40+ shots and still lose. It’s happened too many times this year to make the excuse of a “hot goalie”.

I'd say half the losses they should have won were because Markstrom let in some bad ones.

Yeah Calgary sure could use a sniper. Debrincat is a right shot but he's a LW. If they're trading for a LW there should be a LW going out to make room on the roster too.

I wouldn't give up Coronato or Kerins either. It's way to soon to think about trading what's probably the two best snipers Calgary has in the system.

DeBrincat is 24 and scores like 40 goals a season and you won’t include a recent 6th round pick for him? Absolutely no way Chicago would trade him for Gaudreau straight up either. Dube/ Hanifin, Zary, 1st/ 2nd maybe be closer.

Dube, Zary and a 1st or 2nd sure that'd be fine except the cap doesn't work without Zadorov in there too.

There's no way Calgary trades Hanifin unless they're getting someone like Chychrun to replace him.

As for the recent 6th round pick his stock has gone way up. He's tearing it up in the OHL this year, 2nd in points league wide.

Might need someone better than Dube actually. Either way I think your right and there’s no way Chicago trades a 40 goal guy. And I’m sure your right about Kerin but come on Calgary wouldn’t think twice about adding him.

Could replace Dube with Monahan but Calgary keeps Zary then. Gawdin maybe. With Monahan in Calgary wouldn't need Chicago to take Zadorov either.

I can’t see Chicago being interested in anything Calgary has. Debrincat is a PPG guy at 24 so they’d have to trade him for a younger prospect that would hit that threshold.
Calgary has nobody in the system with that potential.

Not Casual, yeah those are two good pieces. One of them would probably have to be included, with a roster player and a high pick.
