To Montreal: Nazem Kadri + JT Compher
To Colorado :Jonathan Drouin + 2nd round pick
Colorado Clear cap space and they can put landeskog with Newhook and burakovski
Also Drouin Mackinnon Rantanen.
For montreal Kadri can do the job at #2 center and compher can replace any bottom 6 players.

Kadri is a little tricky, he plays a more important position and style but seems to get himself in trouble come playoff time. Imma see what everyone else has to say.

Colorado says no.

Kadri > Drouin

Compher is a good utility guy on a cheap contract. A right shot who can play all 3 forward positions.

If Colorado really wants to move Kadri they'd probably consider Kadri alone for Drouin and the pick. In that case Compher would move to center and Drouin would take his spot at LW.

a) I’m pretty sure Montreal doesn’t have the space
b) Colorado really likes Compher. I don’t think they’d trade him for any offer simply because he fits a need (someone to stand in front of the net) on their already stacked team.

Kadri for Drouin + a 2nd would work for both teams imo.

I wouldn't take Kadri at ANY price.

He doesn't understand how to control emotions when the games matter most. This has been proven 3 time.

I wouldn't take Kadri for a 7th. I don't want him near my team, period.
