Expansion Draft - Oilers

Deal is made that the Kraken pick Neal and then buy him out.

For that the Oilers send the 2022 1st round pick and Khaira/Turris to Seattle.

Then the Oilers sign Neal back at $900K

*Neal is still a solid player, but not @ $5M, and he fits very well with the Oilers.

Can’t do that. That glitch was patched after the Orprik to Colorado deal.

Well if that doesn't work then don't bring him back. But still would be good to have is cap off the books.
