If Killorn repeats his season he just had he could fetch a first at deadline easy. Jets gets a top 6 possible 30 goals scorer for a young struggling center.

Killorn isn't waiving for Winnipeg and I don't see the Jets overpaying this much to acquire a cap dump that they have no cap room for without compensation.

I wouldn’t call Killorn a “cap dump” but he could may be a product of a winning team. I say Winnipeg says no, they are doing just fine on LW and can’t afford to take back extra cap space. Tampa Bay is about to get really desperate to shed space though, I see them trading contracts out with included picks/prospects to rebuilding teams like DET, NJD, OTT and LAK.

You know Tampa is getting desperate when they ask Nikita Kucherov to waive his NMC.

There’s nothing online of Tampa asking Kuch to waive his NMC though?

Ya Kucherov was listed as one of the few untouchables he’s one player they never asked to waive.

I’ve read they have asked everyone on there team with no trade clauses for a list of teams to Waive to besides Hedman and Vaisalaski ( I can’t spell Russian names well so excuse me for that )

The cap is the reason TB are shedding players and contracts while teams like the Jets would like Killorn but can't fit him under the cap.

Nylander that’s false. Point Kucherov Hedman and Vasilevskiy were listed as untouchable. Stamkos said he was never approached and didn’t have interest in waiving if he was. in fact there was talk not long ago they hadn’t even approached Palat/ Gourde/ Killorn yet although we’re bringing up some of the names in talks.
