Domi appears to be on his way out and Dumba seems to be in the same boat, with Minnesota apparently wanting to trade him for a Center. Domi would immediately be their best center, even if they successfully make Johansson a Center too; excluding him, the Wild don't have any centers that could be considered top 6 forwards. Adding in Allen would make it worth it, as I think Dumba is worth more than either of them alone and would be very useful for Montreal to acquire.

No way, you can't trade Allen after acquiring him. You can flip him same day, but not after that much time has passed. A team that does something like that would have a bad rep and players wouldn't trust the team or want to play there.
