Couture can't even take a punch from a guy off the street. Lol. Either he's lying about the whole incident, or he is a great big baby. Either way, not a guy you want on your team.

SJ chose him as their new captain. They would do well to keep him. Couture has put himself in a position now that many teams would rather avoid him.

Sounds like he got caught in a lie for one thing. He is Canadian. Can't vote in the States. But said he voted for Trump. Then backtracked and said IF he could have voted, he would have voted for Trump.

Even if he didn't lie, he is admitting he can't defend himself against street trash. Couture is not a small man but any means. If he can't stand up for himself against some punk off the streets, what food is he on the ice?

Didn’t he say he’d vote republican? But then also say he doesn’t support Donald trump? Whether the story is fabricated or not. It’s not easy to stand up for yourself when you get randomly punched for what you’d think should be a harmless conversation. Seems crazy to suggest that teams would be wary of him because he got punched in the street.
