Don't think Devil's do it. Foote is a stud prospect. And whoever they draft with that 10th pick is going to be a stud prospect. Two stud prospects are worth more than one stud prospect. Even if the one stud prospect was drafted slightly higher. The difference between 5 and 10 is not meaningful enough to throw another A-prospect like Foote in.
