Not sure the point of this trade. I think the lightning would want to keep younger Gourde instead of making this type of deal. I don’t see the upside for Tampa to trade Gourde and a 3rd for those two pieces.

Oleksiak is worth a fourth. Maybe not even that much now. And Cogliano isn’t even worth that.
