Comrie needs a decent chance to play and he hasn't gotten it in Wpg and is being chased by Berdin as the #1
goalie on the Moose. In Edmonton he will be an inexpensive #3 goalie and should get a fair chance at developing under Holland. Comrie and a 3rd seems fair compensation for a disappointing Pully, but I like Pully.

What do you mean? Eric Comrie is a really good goalie prospect that’s pretty much ready to be an NHL goalie but the Jets’ depth was pretty deep. You’re forgetting that goalies take much longer to develop.

Also, no from Edmonton. Why do we need another goalie? Our goalie prospect pool is already one of the deepest in the league.
Starrett, Wells, Skinner, Hawkey, Rodrigue, Konovalov.

Tyba4, that my reasoning is Edmonton doesn't need another goalie, comrie is a decent prospect but only for the right team. His ahl stats are good, not great and has floundered when he has got a chance in the nhl. Could turn out to be a great goalie but has not proved anything. Puljujarvi has at least proven he's an nhl player. No where close to what he shoulda been but at least a serviceable nhler. He hasn't exactly been given the best opportunities either and rushed.

Puljujarvi won’t bring hardly anything in return right now. Especially after publicly demanding a trade. Edmonton is better playing him to let try and earn some value back this year first, then trade him at the deadline when return will be higher.
