Colt, this deal is worse for STL than what he proposed. Carrick and Nielsen carry relatively similar value I would think, and you're giving up an extra 3rd rounder from STL?

I think conditions of the first, if he doesn't sign it turns to a 2nd or 3rd. He's in a tough spot because of what he wants to sign for at 7x7.

andrew neilson is a left handed dman and is 20 years old and so far has put up 30 pts in the ahl, he is a project with high upside on a side we need. we have Petro, Parayko, schmaltz and bortuzzo on right. we need to replace gunner and jaybo in neare future leaving us light on the left with only Dunn, wallman lindbohm on left. that's why. carrick is nothaving great year.

Defiantly no conditions take it or leave it. 5-6 teams a trying to get shatty.
