I'd actually say yes from Peg. They're going to lose Perrault in the expansion draft, so why not get something for him and Staff is garbage anyways. And that's a pretty damn stupid offer for them to turn down just because of Juulsen.

And no way from COL, no prospects or good players coming back and a first and conditional second aren't enough
